Description
Dracula’s Son is the story of Mihnea, the son of Dracula, Prince of Wallachia in Transylvania. Because of the actions of his cruel father, Mihnea is injured, abandoned, and left to die in the Carpathian Mountains. Some mountain people find and bring him back to health. He is adopted by the family and, to protect himself, he takes on the identity and name of a boyhood friend Voicu. As he grows to adulthood and finds his true father is back in power, he reflects on his life to make a decision that will affect all he loves. He must choose between love and hate, truth and falsehood, light and dark. Through the night with the company of his dog, he recalls and decides. With the morning light, he will return to his adopted family to share his decision. He well-knows one must tread lightly when you are the son of Dracula.
